Carlsbad Bus Accident Attorney Review: Sonya B.
“The Staff was so Friendly and Courteous.”
“From the first phone call to the end of my case, the staff was so friendly and courteous.
The first time I met with Attorney Ross Jurewitz, I liked his demeanor. He took the time to listen to me and truly wanted to help. I also appreciated Attorney Stacey O’Neill for calling me in a timely manner when we she wasn’t available to speak to me right away.
When they found out that the other party had no insurance, they still fought for me and got me something when it looked like I wasn’t going to get anything.”

Sonya was operating an empty bus and stopped at a red traffic light at the eastbound intersection of Cannon Road and the Interstate 5 northbound onramp. When the traffic light turned green, she proceeded to enter Interstate 5 North when another vehicle driving westbound failed to see the red light and collided into Sonya’s bus. Sonya sustained a neck and thoracic strain and cervical radiculopathy. Even though the other driver did not have car insurance, our office was able to successfully obtain a settlement amount to compensate for her medical expenses and loss wages.
