Sonya was operating an empty bus and stopped at a red traffic light at the eastbound intersection of Cannon Road and the Interstate 5 northbound onramp. When the traffic light turned green, she proceeded to enter Interstate 5 North when another vehicle driving westbound failed to see the red light and collided into Sonya’s bus. Sonya sustained a neck and thoracic strain and cervical radiculopathy.
