I got rear ended by a jeep back in December. I called the other guy’s insurance company (Farmers) and they were completely rude and even hung up on me. I was hurt and just wanted to get better. They got me appointments with medical for my back, neck and leg, which were injured. The medical people that they referred me to (Coastal Medical) were very professional and helpful. When they lagged a bit on any appointments, Hope was right there to speed things up. If you get injured, contact this firm! They communicated constantly, letting me know the next move, the next appointment and were always very forthcoming. They showed genuine concern for my recovery, which has been rather slow, and also got my a nice settlement of $40k, after their share and medical expenses. They even got the medical expenses reduced by $8k so that I’d be able to put more money in my pocket. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and they come with my highest recommendation!
