James Joseph Biography
James Joseph is a civil litigator dedicated to fighting for victims, securing millions of dollars for clients since joining the Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers in 2020. He has experience handling all aspects of cases, including medical treatment, discovery, mediation, and trial. In addition to injury cases, James represents clients in employment law matters such as wage theft and discrimination claims. He was also a Professor at the University of San Diego Law School, teaching trial advocacy and skills, and trains law students for national mock trial competitions. He clerked for Federal Magistrate Judges William V. Gallo and Jill L. Burkhardt, was active in moot court activities, and earned several advocacy awards.
