Job Summary:
The New Client Services Associate serves a pivotal role as a first impression and continuing ambassador of the client experience for the firm. As a front line team member, this role provides a unique opportunity to serve clients and is responsible for managing incoming calls and inquiries and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate possesses dynamic customer service skills, the ability to provide a client centered experience, excellent time management, and a commitment to teamwork. Preferred qualifications include the ability to listen to and evaluate clients’ needs, effective communication skills, proficiency with communication systems and attention to detail.

Client Interaction:

Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload of litigation cases with the support of a dedicated team.
- Effectively work up cases and negotiate settlements.
- Maintain a detail-oriented, outcome-focused approach to achieve the best results for clients.
Compensation:
- Performance-based compensation, with associate attorneys who meet or exceed expectations routinely earning over $90,000 per year and potentially up to $180,000 or more.

Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a rock-star candidate to fill a full-time litigation paralegal position. Duties will be to stay on top of court and case deadlines, propound and respond to discovery, manage the client post-litigation, prepare for trial, and to assist the attorney in all aspects of litigation.
Similarly, the candidate MUST HAVE impeccable organizational skills, a fantastic personality, and be able to communicate well with clients via phone and e-mail. The candidate must also be able to think strategically and anticipate future tasks which should be completed.
Factors for Additional Consideration (which should be highlighted in your cover letter):
- Prior experience working for a plaintiff personal injury law firm (2+ years);
- Any prior experience working in a similar position (as a litigation paralegal);
- Conversational and written Spanish experience/skill (preferred but not required).
Starting compensation will be $25-35/hr based upon experience with a 90-day probationary period and subsequent ability to participate in the firm’s health care and dental plans as well as 401k.
