Robert Sagerian Biography
Robert M. Sagerian is a skilled trial attorney who specializes in litigating catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, brain injury, auto accident, premises liability, and dog bite cases. Robert has recovered tens of millions of dollars for personal injury victims. Robert zealously litigates on behalf of his clients to hold responsible parties accountable. Robert brings tremendous trial experience to Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers having tried over 35 cases to verdict during his six-and-a-half-year career with the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to joining Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers, Robert spent three years at a boutique personal injury firm in San Diego where he successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases.
Robert graduated magna cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013. He earned a Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing for his published article “A Penalty Flag for Preemption.” He captained the winning team at the TYLA Regional Mock Trial Competition and finished in the top four at TYLA Nationals. Robert is fortunate to have been mentored by nationally recognized trial lawyer Robert Hamparyan throughout his legal career.
Robert was born and raised in San Diego, CA. After graduating from La Jolla High School, he received a scholarship to play Division II football in Arkansas. He graduated magna cum laude and returned home to pursue his legal education.
In his spare time, Robert loves adventures with his wife, Andrea, and son, Cruz, playing with his two dogs and cat, golfing, softball, coaching high school mock trial, and serving at his church, The Rock Point Loma.
