Biography

Robert M. Sagerian is a skilled trial attorney focusing on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, brain injury, auto accident, premises liability, and dog bite cases. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars for personal injury victims and zealously litigates to hold responsible parties accountable. Before joining Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers, he worked as a public defender in San Diego for over six years, trying more than 35 cases to verdict, and then litigated hundreds of personal injury cases at a boutique firm.
