On September 24, 2017, at 4:15 p.m., Mr. Erwin was riding in the front passenger seat of his car with his wife traveling northbound in San Diego, California at twenty-five miles per hour. As his wife approached the intersection, the defendant failed to acknowledge the stop sign and continued driving, colliding into the passenger side of our client’s vehicle.
