Woman killed in fatal three-car crash in Mission Valley
SAN DIEGO, CA – On April 1st, around 10 p.m., a fatal crash occurred involving a 2013 Mercedes C250, a 2007 Honda Accord, and a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche. The incident occurred on Highway 15 just north of Friars Road.
NBC reports that the 30-year-old woman in the Avalanche was killed in the accident, and her passenger was taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Mercedes was injured, as was the passenger in the Honda. The driver of the Honda suffered no apparent injuries.
The accident is currently undergoing an investigation, and no other details are known at this time.
