Woman killed after falling out of party bus on I-5
SAN DIEGO, CA – Authorities have identified the victim who was killed when she fell out of the rear door of a party bus on the I-5 in late August. 28-year-old Brigette Duenas, of San Marcos, fell out of the 2018 Mercedes Freightliner Limousine when she accidentally opened the rear emergency hatch instead of the bathroom door, according to the California Highway Patrol and NBC 7 San Diego.
The incident occurred at around 8:10 p.m. on August 28th. According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s office, the woman hit her head in the fall, and suffered life-threatening injuries. She was transported to the hospital in critical condition and succumbed to her injuries three days later.
