Three cars crash on West Mission Road
OCEANSIDE, CA – The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported serious injuries after a three-car collision at the intersection of West Mission Road and North Pico Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers on the scene report that the accident occurred at approximately 1:42 p.m. on May 5. The force of the impact caused one vehicle to roll over, and officials stated that all three vehicles were totaled. A tow truck has been called to the scene to remove the vehicles from the road.
At least two people sustained injuries in the crash. Police officers have called an ambulance to transport the victims to a local hospital for treatment.
The CHP began clearing the vehicles and debris off the roadway at 2:42 p.m.
