Pedestrian injured in El Cajon crash
SAN DIEGO, CA – The California Highway Patrol reports that at least one pedestrians was hit by a silver Honda Pilot in El Cajon this morning. The incident occurred at 16590 Highland Valley Rd at 11:27 a.m. Two adults and three kids were walking a dog when the Honda hit at least one of the pedestrians.
The driver of the Honda called the police, and an ambulance was sent to the scene. We have no further details on the pedestrians or possible injuries at this time. We will update you when we have more information.
