Hit and Run Accident on Ulric Street

SAN DIEGO, CA – A driver was hit by another car at the intersection of Ulric Street and Friars Road. The driver who caused the accident fled the scene before police officers arrived. The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident occurred at 2:58 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29.

Police officers on the scene do not believe the driver was injured in the hit and run accident. However, they have not released any information about the extent of damage to the vehicle.
