San Diego-One Person Killed When SUV Crashes Into A Tree And Highway Near The La Jolla Indian Reservation

One person was killed Tuesday afternoon, May 21, 2019, at State Route 76, close to the La Jolla Indian Reservation. The accident reportedly took place about 2 miles northwest of Lake Henshaw in the Mesa Grande area before 5 pm, Tuesday last week, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The vehicle was a white SUV. The white SUV reportedly crashed into a tree before crashing off the eastern side of the rural route. The vehicle plunged about 40 feet down a rocky embankment. The vehicle winded up on the embankment’s roof with the person trapped inside the vehicle before that individual eventually died from severe injuries.

Fallbrook, CA-One Person Killed In A Motorcycle Crash On East Mission Road

A 60-year old motorcycle rider was killed on Saturday, May 25, 2019, due to a road crash that occurred east of Fallbrook, near San Diego, California, according to the California Highway Patrol. The accident reportedly occurred at 1 pm on Saturday. The motorcyclist reportedly began to swerve side to side before veering off right on the roadway, hitting a curb and a post, before being ejected out of his motorcycle. The accident occurred on East Mission Road, close to the intersection with Willow Gen Road. Highway patrol officers found the motorcyclist approximately 50 feet from the roadway. The cause of the accident remains under investigation. The identity of the motorcyclist was not revealed.

Sorento Valley-3 People Injured After Tour Bus Crashes Into Car in I-805 Road

3 people obtained medical treatments early Friday morning, May 24, 2019, after a tour bus crashed into the back of another vehicle at the Interstate 805 in the Sorento Valley area near San Diego in California. The crash occurred just after 12 am on southboud Interstate 805. The vehicle was a white Sedan. Three of the four individuals from the white Sedan were treated for minor injuries at the hospital. The people in the tour bus were not hurt. The cause of the crash was unknown. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the accident. The driver of the white Sedan and the tour bus were not found to had been intoxicated under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time the accident occurred.

Chula Vista-Bank Robber’s Car Crashes While Escaping From Police

A man who attempted to rob a bank in Chula Vista, California crashed his vehicle while escaping from police on the road. The bank robber was trapped in the wreckage in his vehicle during the accident. According to Chula Vista Police Department Lt. John English, a man went inside the Cal Coast Credit Union on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, before 2 pm in Chula Vista. The bank is located in 300 block of E.H. Street. The man demanded money from the teller as soon as he entered the bank. The other bank employees trippped the silent alarm after having recognized the bank robber as the possible culprit of other bank robberies within the area. The bank robber left the bank after the teller handed over the money to him. A client in the bank called 911. The client described the bank robber’s car to the police upon calling 911. Chula Vista Police Department tried to stop the bank robber on the road. The police chased the suspect on E.H. Street. The bank robber ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle just close to the intersection of Rutgers Avenue and Otay Lakes Road.

The bank robber sustained minor injuries from the accident. He needed to be extricated from his vehicle after he became trapped in it. As medics rescued the bank robber, money fell out of his vehicle, according to Lt. English. It was not known, however, if the money was robbed from the bank.

Boulevard, CA-Man Dies After Deadly Crash On Intestate-8

Around 3 am early Sunday morning, June 2, 2019, a deadly crash ended with the vehicle involved in the accident being engulfed in flames. A man was driving in a blue Toyota Tundra along Interstate-8 from westbound direction at a high speed, approaching Crestwood Road, on Sunday. The driver suddenly veered his vehicle left, hitting hard a metal guard rail lining. The vehicle that the man was driving suddenly crashed head-on with the opposite embankment to the west side of Crestwood Road in Boulevard, CA. This crash caused the driver to be ejected from his vehicle and be thrown under the rear bed of the vehicle. According to officials, the vehicle then caught fire, causing it and the driver to be engulfed in flames. The identity of the man was not released.

There was one fatality on yesterday, May 29, 2019, when a box truck crashed onto a rear of a bus on Bay Bridge near San Francisco. The accident caused multiple lanes to be shut down. According to authorities, traffic in East Bay was also impeded due to the accident. The passenger in the truck was killed. Two passengers in the truck sustained injuries. According to the California Highway Patrol, the box truck crashed into the rear of a BART commuter bus and overturned. The identity of the deceased victim of the accident has not been released. According to CHP officer, Bert Diaz, speed is being taken into consideration in the investigation.

Pomona, CA – Family Killed In State Route 152 Crash

Four people were killed in a car crash in Northern California on Sunday, May 26, 2019. The victims were Samuel Soto, his girlfriend, Alondra Lara, and their two small children, Nicholas and Diego Alexander Soto. A relative of the family also said that Lara was six months pregnant at the time of the accident.
The vehicle was travelling on State Route 152 when it slammed into a tree on May 26, Sunday. As a result of the crash, the car was cut in half. The Soto family was reportedly driving back home to Pomona from San Francisco. According to the California Highway Patrol, there was no drug or alcohol intoxication involved during the accident. The weather was not bad at the time the accident occurred as well. According to CHP officer, Shanna Tiers, the crash might have occurred due to the fact that the road was slippery due to rainfall. Soto was driving at a normal speed of 65 to 75 miles an hour, according to Stiers.
