Woman Injured in San Diego Car Accident
A 50-year-old woman was struck and injured in a San Diego pedestrian accident that occurred on October 31‚ 2011‚ around 7:30 a.m. in Mira Mesa near the corner of Gemini Ave and Pegasus St. According to police‚ the victim was pushing her dog in a stroller when a vehicle hit her.
The car driver stayed at the accident scene to speak with police. From the limited information‚ it is not clear as to what led to this accident. The investigation is in process.
Meanwhile‚ the injured woman or her family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced San Diego County pedestrian accident lawyer who would educate them about his legal rights and assure that the at-fault driver is brought to justice.
The injured pedestrian can also file a personal injury claim against the at-fault motorist to obtain compensation to cover treatment‚ medical and hospital costs‚ and other accident-related damages.
Our San Diego law office sincerely hopes that the injuries suffered by the injured female heal soon and do not prove life-threatening.
