Vehicle fire on Interstate 15
SAN DIEGO, CA – A vehicle caught fire this morning on an on-ramp for Interstate 15. The California Highway Patrol reports that a vehicle pulling a large camper trailer was on fire at the Mission Road on-ramp onto northbound I-15. Police responded to the incident at around 9:07 a.m. and found that visible flames were coming out of the car.
The driver of the car was outside the vehicle when first responders arrived and did not report any injuries. It’s unclear how the fire started at this time.
