Two semi-trucks collide in truck stop parking lot
SAN DIEGO, CA – Two semi-trucks collided with one another this morning in a truck stop parking lot in San Diego. According to the traffic logs from the California Highway Patrol, a white Volvo semi with a trailer and a another semi-truck crashed into one another at around 11:16 a.m. Police responded to the accident at Piper Ranch Road and Otay Mesa Road and found both vehicles unable to drive.
While the trucks suffered moderate damage, neither driver was injured in the collision. Emergency crews are working to move both of the heavy trucks out of the parking lot.
