Two people injured in fiery rollover crash in Vista
VISTA, CA – A fiery rollover crash last night in Vista sent two people, including one with severe injuries, to the hospital, according to a report by Fox 5 San Diego.
The crash occurred between two vehicles around 11 p.m. on East Vista Way, near a Dollar Tree store. When emergency officials arrived at the scene, they discovered that one of the vehicles, an SUV, had rolled over and seemed to be on fire.
Images of firefighters on the scene showed them using the jaws of life to cut one woman out of a silver sedan, according to the report. The woman was later taken to the hospital for severe injuries.
The male driver of the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries at the hospital.
There is no information at this time regarding the circumstances of the accident or the identity of the victims.
