Truck overturns on State Route 54

SAN DIEGO, CA – A truck overturned after hitting the center divide on State Route 54 early on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The white pickup truck struck the concrete divide and flipped on its side in the eastbound lanes near State Route 125 at about 3:40 a.m.

While the pickup truck was lying on its side in the fast last, a black box truck swerved to avoid hitting the pickup and it also crashed into the center divide.

It is unknown if anyone was injured by the crashes.
