A 27-year-old Navy man was killed in a four-vehicle crash that occurred on November 3‚ 2011‚ around 6:30 a.m. on southbound state Route 15 (SR-15) at Ocean View Boulevard. According to California Highway Patrol‚ a Jeep Cherokee lost control as it approached several other stopped vehicles preparing to enter Interstate 5 (I-5).

Five people suffered serious injuries in a serious traffic collision that occurred on October 9‚ 2011‚ around 8:34 a.m. at 24th Street and National City Boulevard. According to the Police‚ the driver of a black Mitsubishi Montero heading south on National City Boulevard ran a red light and crashed into a Nissan Murano.
Five people‚ including two children‚ sustained serious injuries and were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. An unidentified motorist suffered serious injuries in a truck wreck that occurred on August 24‚ 2011‚ around 7:30 a.m. on Interstate 805 (I-805) near Sweetwater Road. According to California Highway Patrol Officers‚ a silver color Toyota Avalon was trapped under the rear side of a semi-truck.
San Diego Fire-Rescue Department officers had to extricate the motorist from underneath the truck to save his life. The car driver suffered serious injuries and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment. Read the rest »
