An unidentified motorist died in a fatal rollover car wreck that occurred on November 23, 2011, around 4:40 p.m. near the Highway 138-Highway 18 junction, east of the unincorporated community of Llano. According to California Highway Patrol, a Dodge pickup rolled and hit a Lexus and a small pickup head-on.
One person suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the accident scene. From the available information, it is unclear what led to this serious head-on car wreck. If it is found that the car rolled several times due to an auto malfunction, then the auto maker may be held liable for the accident and the losses incurred. One motorist is dead and another driver suffered serious injuries in a head-on auto accident that occurred on August 10,2011‚ shortly before 12:30 p.m. on Bradshaw north of Elk Grove Boulevard. According to Elk Grove law enforcement officials‚ the incident involved a pickup truck and a cement truck.
Elk Grove Police spokesman Officer Christopher Trim reports that the driver of a white colored pickup truck drove across the double yellow line and entered into the southbound path of the cement truck head-on.
