Fire breaks out at Encanto-area house

SAN DIEGO, CA – Firefighters responded to a house fire in the Encanto area yesterday afternoon, according to KUSI. It took them roughly a quarter of an hour to extinguish the blaze.

There are no reported injuries due to the fire, which erupted in the 6000 block of Upland Street at approximately 4 p.m. Monday afternoon. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.

The single-story home was empty at the time.
