A man jumped off Cabrillo Bridge and onto the freeway in Balboa Park, CA early Tuesday morning, November 5, 2019. The man’s body was found in the fast lane of northbound State Route 163, close to the Laurel Street Bridge early Tuesday morning, November 5, 2019. According to police, they had later determined that the man had jumped off the bridge. The man’s body was ran over by a vehicle a few minutes after the man jumped off the bridge, according to California Highway Patrol officer Jake Sanchez. The incident took place close to Park Boulevard and 11th Street.
