Artesia-Driver Killed After Car Became Out Of Control And Slammed Into A Tree, Erupted Into Flames On 91 Freeway
A driver was killed after his car careened into a tree early Wednesday morning, June 5, 2019, on 91 Freeway in Artesia, CA. The vehicle erupted into flames after it crashed into a tree. The accident occurred around 2:05 am. The driver was driving eastbound along 91 freeway near Pioneer Boulevard when he lost control of the vehicle. After he lost control of the vehicle, he veered off his car off the freeway and slammed it into a tree. Afterwards, the vehicle burst into flames. The driver died on the spot at the accident site. It was not clear what caused the driver to lose control of his car.
