Suspected Drunk Driver Kills Motorcyclist in San Bernardino

A Sunday night hit and run car accident took the life of a 26-year-old motorcycle rider and seriously injured his passenger when they were rear-ended by a suspected drunk driver. The motorcycle driver was identified as James Hayward Julian IV of San Bernardino. His motorcycle was struck from behind by a 1999 Ford pickup truck driven by a 28 year-old-man from Rim Forest. The motorcycle was pushed into a freeway barrier‚ ejecting Julian and his passenger. Julian was declared dead at the scene and his female passenger suffered a fractured elbow and multiple abrasions on the right side of her body. The driver of the pickup truck crashed into a tractor trailer and was arrested for suspicion of murder.
