Single-vehicle crash blocks all lanes on I-5
SAN DIEGO, CA – A single-vehicle accident overturned a car in the early hours of Tuesday morning on Interstate 5 in Oceanside, according to the area traffic report.
The accident was reported at about 1:40 a.m. in the southbound lanes north of the exit for Cannon Road. A Dodge Challenger was said to have rolled multiple times before landing across two lanes. The vehicle lost a tire, which was blocking another lane.
There were several people in the vehicle at the time of the accident but all escaped without injury.
