Two separate car accident took place on 19th Avenue and Winston in San Francisco on April 5‚ 2010‚ shortly after each other. These accidents happened at around 1 p.m.
In the first auto accident‚ the driver had fallen asleep and drove into a traffic signal erected at Stonestown Galleria. The second car accident‚ which happened shortly afterward‚ occurred when a Nissan forced a silver Toyota Corolla onto the median causing it to crash into a street lamp. The drivers in both the cases were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Our office wishes both the drivers a quick recovery. It goes without saying that the first accident could have been much more serious. Sleeping while driving is the most dangerous thing one can do while operating a motor vehicle. Always make sure that you are in a fit condition to drive‚ so as to ensure not only yours but also others’ safety.
