2 people sustained minor injuries after a driver fled from police and crashed his vehicle into several other cars in San Diego on Thursday morning, September 12, 2019. The 2 people injured were passengers in the pursuit vehicle. The incident happened in the Mountain View area of San Diego. The pursuit began on the 4000 block of Imperial Avenue a few minutes before 3 am. Officers attempted to stop the driver from for an expired registration. The driver fled and crashed into cars close to the intersection of Ocean View Boulevard and South 36th Street about 3 minutes after the pursuit started.
