24-year-old Thomas Hancock was killed in a tragic Riverside County solo-vehicle crash that occurred on January 14, 2012, around 5 a.m. near Lakeview Avenue along the Ramona Expressway. According to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, the SUV that Hancock was driving went out of control and overturned.
The impact of the collision partially ejected Hancock and he sustained fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
If it is found that there was loss of control due to vehicular malfunction, then the auto maker may be held liable for this accident. Meanwhile, the victim’s family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced Riverside County rollover car crash lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights.
The victim’s family members may file a wrongful death claim against the manufacturer to obtain compensation to funeral and burial costs, loss of anticipated earnings, loss of love, care and companionship, and other accident-related damages.
Our personal injury law office sends sincere condolences to victim’s family members.
