Rainbow, CA- Boy Killed, Girl And Their Mother Injured After Big Rig And SUV Collided
A 13-year old boy was killed and a girl and their mother were injured after an SUV collided with a sand-hauling big rig on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, in Rainbow, CA in the far northern reaches of San Diego county. The crash reportedly occurred around 4:45 pm on Old Highway 395 at Rainbow Glen Road. The boy died on scene at the crash site. The girl in the same vehicle with the boy sustained moderate to serious injuries from the crash. The driver of the said vehicle sustained major injuries. The driver of the big rig sustained non-life threatening injuries.
