Power pole downed by early morning Oceanside accident
SAN DIEGO, CA – According to the California Highway Patrol, a power pole was taken down in a car accident at an Oceanside intersection on Thursday morning.
A car crashed into a power pole near the intersection of Rainbow Valley Boulevard and Huffstatler Street just before 6 a.m.
An ambulance responded to assess the driver for injuries, which have not been confirmed.
The power pole was downed by the accident. The authorities called the power company out to repair the damage. Meanwhile, both lanes were blocked on Rainbow Valley in the area for at least 45 minutes.
