Pedestrian injured in hit-and-run in Spring Valley
SAN DIEGO, CA – A pedestrian was injured by a hit-and-run driver in Spring Valley on Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at the corner of Olive Drive and Bancroft Driver. A pedestrian was struck by a white car at about 11:23 a.m. A witness stated that two vehicles had been racing before the accident happened and one of the vehicles fled the scene.
The pedestrian was found on the ground. The victim was bleeding from the head but remained conscious was medical assistance arrived.
