One person hospitalized after El Cajon crash

SAN DIEGO, CA – Authorities responded to a two-vehicle crash scene in El Cajon on Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Lexus sedan crashed with a small SUV in the 2500 block of Alpine Boulevard, which is near the intersection with Bay Meadows Drive, at about 7:45 a.m.

At least one person was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego. The severity of the injuries is not clear at this time.
