One injured after car crashes into fire hydrant
SAN DIEGO, CA – A woman was injured when she crashed her crash into a fire hydrant in Oceanside on Monday evening, according to CHP.
A woman was driving a black Toyota Camry when she crashed into a fire hydrant on Olive Hill Road near White Horse Lane at about 5:45 p.m. The vehicle turned upside down in a ditch.
The occupants were able to get out of the vehicle as the water from the hydrant began to flood around the car.
The woman suffered a neck injury. Her passenger, a man, did not appear injured.
