One dead in Hillcrest rollover crash
SAN DIEGO, CA – A 29-year-old man died in a rollover crash yesterday evening in Hillcrest. According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, the victim was driving westbound on State Route 163 when he crashed his white Toyota Prius for unknown reasons near Washington Street. San Diego Police and crew members from the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department were on scene at around 6:20 p.m.
The man was declared dead at the scene of the accident.
Police diverted traffic for about three hours after the collision for investigation and cleanup. This is a developing story, and our team will post an update if new information becomes available.
