National City, CA- 2 People Injured When An SUV Crashed Through A Restaurant
2 people were injured when an SUV crashed through a Vietnamese restaurant in South Bay in National City, CA on Tuesday afternoon, August 20, 2019. The crash occurred about 2:10 pm at the Pho 7 Cow restaurant on the 1000 block of Highland Avenue. The driver of the SUV reportedly mistaken the accelerator for the brake in her car, thus, causing the vehicle to crash through the restaurant. 2 people were reportedly seated at a table just inside the restaurant’s glass wall when the car crashed through the restaurant. A customer and a restaurant employee were the people injured from the crash. Their injuries, though, were not considered life threatening.
