Motorcyclist injured in hit-and-run accident in Fairmont Village
SAN DIEGO, CA – A motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run accident this morning in the Fairmont Village neighborhood area. According to 10 News, the collision occurred at the intersection of Lantana Drive and Euclid Avenue just after midnight.
The 33-year-old motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Euclid Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle pulling out from Lantana Drive. The responsible party, described as a white Honda, then fled the scene.
Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment of a fractured tibia and fibula.
