Motorcyclist dead after crashing into tree in Pauma Valley
PAUMA VALLEY, CA – A motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a tree in the Pauma Valley area this afternoon, according to ABC 10 San Diego.
The crash occurred on State Route 76, near South Grade Road, at 3:34 p.m., when a motorcyclist went off the side of the roadway, then collided with a tree.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene just before 4 p.m. to transport the victim.
The victim, however, died at the scene at 4:10 p.m.
The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
