Miramar Road T-Bone Car Crash Leaves Two Drivers Injured
Two unidentified drivers suffered serious injuries in a roll-over car wreck that occurred on August 16‚ 2011‚ on Miramar Road. According to the authorities‚ the driver of a green Acura was traveling westbound when the driver of a Gold Toyota Tundra truck made an unsafe left turn on to Padgett Street in front of the Acura.
The driver of the Acura could not avoid the collision and hit the Tundra on the side‚ making the truck roll over twice before hitting another parked vehicle. Both the drivers suffered serious injuries and were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. From the available limited information‚ it appears that the Toyota did not respect the right-of-the-way and came in the Acura driver’s path. There has been a clear violation of traffic laws.
The injured victims should immediately seek counsel from an experienced San Diego County car wreck lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights and options and help them obtain timely compensation to cover medical treatment‚ hospital costs‚ loss of wages‚ loss of earning capacity‚ and other accident-related expenses.
Our personal injury law office sincerely hopes that the injuries suffered by the victims heal soon.
