Los Angeles- Man Pedestrian Killed After He Was Hit By 2 Vehicles
A 61-year old Los Angeles resident man was a pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run crash in south Los Angeles early Sunday, October 6, 2019. A vehicle travelling southbound on Figueroa Street in the city’s Vermont Knolls neighborhood at approximately 3:40 am hit the man pedestrian as he was walking across the street. The pedestrian was crossing eastbound Manchester Boulevard at Figueroa Street on the south side crosswalk. As the pedestrian laid motionless on the ground, he was hit for the second time by another vehicle while the driver of the other vehicle who hit the pedestrian left the scene. The second vehicle who hit the pedestrian stayed at the scene after the accident. The pedestrian died at the accident site.
