Lane closed for downed motorcycle on I-5 in National City
SAN DIEGO, CA – Authorities closed part of an Interstate 5 offramp after a motorcyclist went down in the National City area on Tuesday evening.
According to Caltrans San Diego, the left lane on the connecting ramp from southbound I-5 to eastbound State Route 54 was closed down when a motorcyclist went down shortly before 6 p.m.
It was nearly an hour before the ramp was reopened.
There is no word on whether the rider was injured in the incident.
