La Mesa, CA- Woman Injured After Being Shot On Harris Street
A woman was injured after she was shot in La Mesa, CA on Thursday, June 27, 2019. Around 6:13 pm, the said woman called police to report that she had been shot in the leg, according to La Mesa police officers. Officers found the home in front of a home on the 3700 block of Harris Street. The woman was taken to a hospital so that she could be treated for non-life threatening injuries. According to the owner of the home where the woman was found near at, the woman shot was a roommate. However, the home’s owner was not aware how the woman was shot. POlice is investigating the motive of the shooter and is trying to find out who the shooter was and his/her whereabouts.
