Julian Rollover Car Wreck Kills Driver and Passenger
A man and a woman died in Julian rollover car accident that occurred on August 28‚ 2011‚ around 1:05 a.m. on Pine Ridge Avenue near Julian. According to California Highway Patrol‚ the car hit a sign board‚ went down a 100-foot embankment‚ and rolled over several times before it finally came to rest. The young male drver was a 2010 graduate of Julian High School and was traveling with his older brother’s girlfriend in the Pine Hills area.
The impact of the car collision was so strong that the victims were thrown out of the car and suffered fatal injuries. Both the victims were pronounced dead at the accident scene. Investigating officers need to determine what made the driver lose control and hit the sign board. It needs to be determined how fast the car was travelling or if there was traffic violation. If there was a loss of control due to uneven road or a mechanical failure‚ then victims’ families may be entitled for compensation.
The victims’ families should consult with a San Diego County auto accident lawyer who can hire a trained private investigator to investigate how the accident occurred and to determine if there are any facts which would suggest that the accident was the cause of someone else’s negligence.
Our law office offers sincere condolences to all those who knew and loved the victims for such a tragic loss.
