Impaired driver causes wrong-way crash in Rancho Santa Fe
SAN DIEGO, CA – A wrong-way driver caused a traffic collision in Rancho Sante Fe on Friday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A red Toyota Tundra was traveling in the wrong direction on Linea Del Cielo when he crashed into a Toyota Landcruiser near Avenida Maravillas at about 3:15 p.m.
No one was injured in the crash but the Tundra’s driver was “acting weird.” When the police arrived at the location, they suspected that the man had been drinking or was otherwise impaired.
