HOV lanes closed on I-15 due to car fire
SAN DIEGO, CA – The HOV lanes on Interstate 15 were blocked on Thursday night because of a vehicle fire, according to Caltrans San Diego.
The incident was reported in the northbound express lanes south of Citracado shortly before 9 p.m.
The HOV lanes were completely closed to traffic for more than half an hour while the scene was cleared.
There is no word on whether anyone was injured in the incident.
