Hit-and-run injury accident reported near Palm Ridge Park in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA – The California Highway Patrol reported a hit-and-run injury accident this morning near Palm Ridge Park in San Diego. According to the CHP’s accident logs, the collision occurred on Interstate 805 and Palm Avenue at around 9:41 a.m.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a silver Jeep SUV overturned on the side of the road. After speaking with the victim and witnesses, they discovered that the driver of the Jeep was the victim of a hit-and-run accident.

No details on the suspected vehicle have been released at this time.

The victim suffered unknown injuries in the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
