Hit-and-run driver side-swipes victim’s vehicle in El Cajon

EL CAJON, CA – The California Highway Patrol reported that a hit-and-run driver side-swiped a vehicle this morning in El Cajon. According to the traffic report, the collision occurred on southbound State Route 125 near Jamacha Boulevard at around 7:22 a.m.

No details on the suspected vehicle are known at this time. We can confirm that the victim did not report any injuries at the time of the accident. Our team will post an update if any new information is released.
