Hit-and-run accident on SR-52 leads to second collision
SAN DIEGO, CA – The California Highway Patrol reports of a hit-and-run accident this morning in San Diego. According to the report, one vehicle collided into another and then drove off. The victimized driver then chased after the suspected vehicle and crashed into them on westbound State Route 52 near North Fortuna Mountain Summit. Police arrived on the scene at around 9:47 a.m. and found both vehicles unable to drive and pulled over to the righthand side of the road.
One party told police that the incident was caused by a language barrier. At this time, it’s unclear what exactly that means to the accident. No injuries have been reported.
