Fatality reported after Temecula rollover crash

SAN DIEGO, CA – A fatality was reported on State Route 79 after a rollover accident in Temecula on Friday afternoon, according to CHP.

A vehicle crashed and overturned onto its roof on State Route near Crosley Truck Trail at about 2:30 p.m. A grey truck slammed into the overturned vehicle and another car also struck the crashed cars.

At least one person died as a result of the accident. Their identity has not been released.
