Cathedral City, CA- 1 Person Killed In A Rollover Crash On I-10
1 person was killed in a rollover crash on I-10 in Cathedral City, CA on Friday, July 26, 2019. The crash was believed to had occurred just before 9:11 am along the Bob Hope Drive and the Date Palm Drive exit. The driver of a vehicle involved in the crash reportedly attempted to correct the car after the driver of the other vehicle, a truck, lost control of the truck. The driver of the truck overcorrected the truck and crashed it into the other car. The driver of the car was reportedly ejected from the vehicle. The driver of the car was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. The cause of the said driver’s losing control of his vehicle prior to the crash was not known. The said vehicle rolled over off the right shoulder of the freeway and ended up resting about 70 feet from the road.
