A solo-vehicle rollover crash left the female driver injured and caused a major power outage on July 20‚ 2011‚ around 8:44 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 just south of Del Norte Road near Camarillo. According to theinvestigating officers‚ the truck smashed into a pole and rolled over into a ditch. The female driver suffered injuriesand was immediately transported to St. John’s Regional Medical Center for medical treatment.
Now the investigating officers need to determine what made the driver lose control of the vehicle and flip. If it is found that the driver lost control due to bad condition of the road‚ then the injured victim will be eligible to obtain a compensation to cover medical‚ treatment and hospital costs‚ loss of wages‚ loss of earning capacity‚ and other accident-related expenses.
The injured driver should consult with a Ventura County car accident lawyer who would tell her about her legal rights and options. An experienced rollover auto accident lawyer will help the injured victim obtain fair and timely compensation and also investigate if the injuries were caused due to someone else’s negligence.
