Biker Killed in Temecula Motorcycle Crash
66-year-old William Dandalides was killed in a tragic motorcycle crash that took place on April 7, 2012, around 12:39 p.m. on Highway 79 (SR-79) near Vail Lake Road. According to Riverside County coroner’s officials, Dandalides crashed his motorcycle into a parked truck, ejecting him into the opposing lane,where he was then hit by another truck.
Dandalides sustained major injuries and was pronounced dead at the accident scene about 20 minutes later. Officials are uncertain whether the crash was due to negligence or an auto defect.
